Everyone knows that Indianapolis lies in the heart of Indiana. But did you know that Indianapolis is the 12th largest city in the country? How about that Indianapolis attracts more than 20 million visitors each year? It’s true! It’s also true that it’s been rated one of the nation’s best values for real estate, homes, and cost of living. The Indianapolis Real Estate market is a point of interest for any sports fan.

Calling all sports fans! The Indianapolis Real Estate market appeals to sports fans everywhere. Now, home of the 2007 Indianapolis Colts, Indianapolis is also home of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway that hosts the Indianapolis 500, Brickyard 400, and the only Formula One race in America. If you’re a die-hard racing fan, which we all know that all racing fans are die-hard, Indianapolis is a perfect place for you. It was also named “#1 Pro Sports City” in the United States in 2003. It is also the national headquarters for the National Collegiate Athletic Association.

Indianapolis has two different cities and one town located inside of it. Indianapolis itself is located in Marion County and the City of Beech Grove, the City of Lawrence, and the Town of Speedway are all a part of the Greater Indianapolis Metropolitan Area. The City of Beech Grove was incorporated into the state in 1906. It lies in the Southeast portion of Marion County. This city has also been rated as one of the nation’s best places for real estate, purchasing homes and costs of living. The Indianapolis real estate market is a great value for anyone looking to come here and make it their new home.

The Indianapolis real estate market is also attractive to sports fans that come here. It is now the home of the 2007 Super Bowl Champ Indianapolis Colts and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The Speedway is famous for hosting the Indianapolis 500, the Brickyard 400, and the Formula One race. If you like racing, then Indianapolis is the place to be. In 2003, it was also honored at the #1 Pro Sports City in the United States. The National Collegiate Athletic Association has its headquarters here.
